The following are eligible to be participants:
- Students from high schools, colleges, and universities around the world.
- Students who are healthy, curious, aspiring, and outgoing.
- Students who have an interest in travelling and learning about Vietnamese culture.
If you are a Staff/Teacher/Faculty Member from your institution, you may apply as an advisor.

You can download the application form from the Download page. After completing the form, please submit it to vietculturecamp@ued.udn.vn (This option is available for both participants and advisors.)
5 Steps to Participate in the Vietnamese Culture Summer Camp:
1. Register online or send your completed application form to vietculturecamp@ued.udn.vn
2. Pay the Registration Fee.
3. Pay the Program Fee AFTER receiving the Letter of Acceptance.
4. Apply for a Visa (if applicable), purchase Travel Insurance, and book your Air Tickets.
5. Arrive in Da Nang, Vietnams and experience the Vietnamese Culture Summer Camp from 10-15 July 2025!
