INFORMATION

Visa

International visitors to Vietnam must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity. Citizens of certain countries may require a visa to visit Vietnam. However, many countries are eligible for a visa exemption for stays up to 30 days. Each participant/advisor is responsible for applying and obtaining their own visa if applicable. For those needing a visa, please contact us via email vietculturecamp@ued.udn.vn.

Accommodation

5 nights’ accommodation will be arranged for all participants and advisors. Rooms will be provided on a twin-sharing basis. If you arrive in Da Nang before the camp or wish to extend your stay after the camp, you will need to make your own hotel arrangements.

Food

The program includes:
• 5 breakfasts (Day 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
• 4 lunches (Day 2, 3, 4, 5)
• 1 welcome dinner (Day 1)
For meals not covered, participants can dine at local canteens, food halls, or restaurants in the city or hotel.
