The fees are charged per participant/advisor.
The Program Fee includes
Hotel reception and accommodation.
Camp materials (e.g., handbook, name tag, certificate, etc.).
Opening ceremony, awards ceremony, and closing ceremony.
Learning sessions, travel sessions, and final assessment session.
University and government/industry visits.
Airport pick-up and drop-off.
Local transportation (for relevant travel and learning sessions in Da Nang).
5 nights’ accommodation.
5 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 1 welcome dinner.
Other miscellaneous services (e.g., materials for team bonding and brainstorming sessions).
The Program Fee excludes:
- Air tickets
- Visa fees (if applicable)
- Travel insurance
- Personal expenses
Payment Method
Bank Transfer: Upon receipt of the application, bank details will be sent to the applicant via email. If you do not receive the email, please contact via email: vietculturecamp@ued.udn.vn
Refund Policy
- Withdrawals made before 20 days from (excluding day 20, UTC+7 Time Zone) the camp start date with valid reasons will receive a 50% refund of the Program Fee (excluding bank charges).
- The Program Fee is non-refundable if the participant/advisor withdraws within 20 days from the camp start date.
- Kindly note that the receiving bank may deduct an administrative fee from the refund amount
